Include the tool name, your browser and operating system, the file format, approximate file size and the exact error message. Describe what you expected and what happened.
Please do not send private photos, identity documents or confidential videos. A non-sensitive sample that reproduces the issue is more useful than personal content. Contact is optional and is not part of processing a file.
We cannot recover your files
Processing takes place in your browser. Luma has no uploaded copy to retrieve after you leave the page. Keep your originals and save finished results to your own device.
