Luma application

Luma’s original application code is available under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or any later version. You may use, modify and redistribute it under that license, including commercially. Third-party components retain their own licenses. No trademark rights are granted.

The source archive includes the application, build scripts and instructions for restoring the exact supporting assets from this release. Private user files and local account settings are not included.

Video engine

Luma uses FFmpeg core 0.12.10, distributed under GPL-2.0-or-later. The source packages below include FFmpeg, its WebAssembly bindings, codecs and supporting build dependencies.

Large source archives are split into numbered parts. Download every part for that component, then join them in order as described in the instructions. These downloads are only for people inspecting or rebuilding the code; the tools do not download them during normal use.

Other components

Mediabunny covered source is provided under MPL-2.0. Image encoders, AI models, fonts and other dependencies have their licenses and credits in the third-party notices and the model directories.
